Sunkist swims great out of state at the BSL Cranberry Classic in Birmingham!
Sunkist finishes 4th overall out of 13 teams, winning 3 of the 6 high point awards.
Sunkist breaks 9 TEAM RECORDS and 3 STATE RECORDS!
Super congrats to our STATE record breakers Ralph Moore and Eien McGee! Ralph breaks the 100 breaststroke record for 13-14 boys with a 1:01.60—a top 5 time in the nation! Eien also sets a new mark in the 100 breast for 11-12 boys with a 1:06.96 and breaks his own record in the 100 fly with a new best of 56.87—also a top 5 time in the nation! Eien also posted 2 national #1 times in the 50 fly and 100 free. Great swims, Ralph and Eien!
Congrats to our TEAM record breakers: Annabelle Elsner (9-10 girls 500 free), Chikashi Kano (11-12 boys 200 breast), Ralph Moore (13-14 100 breast) and Eien McGee (11-12 boys 100 free, 50 fly, 100 fly, 100 IM, 100 breast and 100 back).
