Sunkist Represents At MHSAA State

Congrats to Sunkist swimmers that swam Saturday at MHSAA state championships.  Sunkist had 28 swimmers representing 6 schools and represent Sunkist did: 19 swimmers made it back to finals, 13 made it to the podium—and Sunkist had 5 state champions!

There were many amazing swims at the meet, big SHOUT OUTS to: 

Top Ten NATIONAL swims from Ralph Moore (ranked 4th in 100 breast, ranked 8th in 50 free) and Jack Smithson (ranked 6th in 100 fly)!!  Rachel Berry and Chikashi Kano reaching finals and the podium as 7th graders!  Chandler Carter charging hard from lane 8 to win bronze!  Josh Williamson getting his first Senior Sectionals cut in 100 breast!  AK Mitchell repeat champion in the 200 free and selected as Clarion Ledger HS Athlete of the Week!!
