Sunkist swims awesome at Auburn! Over 1,000 swimmers competed at the Ralph Crocker Classic in a very fast prelim/final meet held on the campus of Auburn University. T’was a record setting Sprint To Christmas with 245 swimmers participating in the first three day format of the popular Sunkist holiday meet. The festivities started off with spirited cheers and fast swims as swimmers of all ages competed in Open 25s. Over 100 Sunkist swimmers participated in this year’s Sunkist Swim-a-thon for a fun night of swimming to raise funds for the team. Swimmers in every group did their part to swim as many laps as they could in a two hour period, swimming over 400,000 yards during the event—which equals 227 miles! Sunkist feasts on fast swims at the BSL Cranberry Classic held in Birmingham at the new Crossplex natatorium. Birmingham Swim League hosted its largest meet in history with over 600 swimmers participating from all over the southeast.
